Delete Account

Delete Your ChildCare Log Account

ChildCare Log users can request account deletion and delete app data from inside the mobile app.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Open the ChildCare Log app.

2. Sign in to your account.

3. Go to Settings.

4. Scroll to Danger Zone.

5. Tap Delete Account.

6. Type DELETE to confirm.

What Is Deleted

Deleting your account permanently deletes your ChildCare Log account and associated app data, including:

• Child profiles

• Care logs

• Weight and growth logs

• Share codes

• Subscription records associated with your app account

• Payment transaction records associated with your app account

Subscriptions

If you have an active Stripe subscription, ChildCare Log attempts to cancel it during account deletion when the subscription can be identified.

Data Retention

Some limited records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, billing, or compliance purposes.
