Need help with ChildCare Log? We’re here to help with account access, subscriptions, caregiver sharing, data exports, privacy questions, or app issues.

Please include the email address associated with your ChildCare Log account and a short description of the issue.
For your security, do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or sensitive child information in your message.
Common Help Topics
Account Access
If you forgot your password, use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen to request a reset email.
Subscriptions
You can manage your Pro subscription from Settings → Manage Subscription in the app. Billing may be handled by Stripe, Apple App Store, Google Play, or another supported provider depending on where and how you subscribed.
Data Export
Pro users can export care data as CSV or PDF from Settings → Data Management.
Caregiver Sharing
Share codes are child-specific and read-only. You can manage or revoke share codes from Insights → Sharing.
Delete Data or Account
You can delete all care data or permanently delete your account from Settings → Danger Zone.

For privacy requests or data questions, visit our Privacy Choices page or contact support@childcarelog.cloud.
